I am 65 years old or older at the time of applying or renewing the WeRPN membership.

I am an RPN registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario entitled to practice.

I have registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario within the last two years.
I understand that I can apply as a New Graduate RPN only once.

I am an RPN registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario under the Non Practising Status.

I understand and agree that I don't have access to Professional Liability Insurance.

I am a regulated Licensed Practical Nurse or Practical Nursing Student from an approved program, from a Canadian jurisdiction other than the province of Ontario
I understand and agree that I don't have access to Professional Liability Insurance, the right to vote and/or the ability to sit on the WeRPN Board of Directors.

I am a regulated Health Professional in Ontario identified in RHPA.
I understand and agree that I don't have access to Professional Liability Insurance, the right to vote and/or the ability to sit on the WeRPN Board of Directors.

I am enrolled in the Practical Nursing Program in the Province of Ontario.
Or
A New Graduate who have not completed registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

I understand and agree that I don’t have access to Professional Liability Insurance.
